MISTAKE: In one of my projects, I dismissed a "small" project requirement as minor. Delegated it without due diligence.

RESULT: Hidden dependencies added 2 months to timelines. Then, I dropped MS Project near the finish line, thinking “just a few tasks left.”

OUTCOME: Deadlines slipped twice.

**Why This Matters:**

Like the Titanic crew fixated on the iceberg’s visible 10%, we often miss the hidden 90% in projects.

→ Unpack it like a Trojan horse.

→ The last 10% often hides 50% of the work.
